Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif as lead pair with Adah Sharma, the film has been mostly shot in Cape Town, South Africa. The director Anurag Basu has taken quite a long time while working on Jagga Jasoos movie. The Jagga Jasoos movie however just had been completed in the previous year even after the split of the 'popular couple' of the Bollywood.

The Jagga Jasoos movie is about a young boy who turns detective in search of his lost father. The Jagga Jasoos movie explores how that boy visualizes the world around him. The parts of the Jagga Jasoos movie had been shot in gaps around the time when Ranbir was busy shooting his film, Bombay Velvet. However later, Ranbir did reshoot some of the scenes of the movie to give better and enchanting performances.
However, there has been problems ongoing with the release of the much-awaited film. In process of over 3 years of shooting, the movie's release date has quite been not decided for a long time, only now said to be released to be in April hopefully.
The trailer of the Jagga Jasoos movie has already been released and has received such amazing reviews. There is no dialogue delivery included in the trailer but the acting displayed is enough for you to be wanting more. The last time when Anurag Kashyap and Ranbir Kapoor had come together, they had the best hit of the year, 'Barfi'. This time too, the audience shall be holding up all their hopes up in anticipation for a good cinema through Jagga Jasoos movie.
